• The reason for your refund request
• Your preferred refund method (Paygate Secure Payment Gateway or other)
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the status of your refund as soon as possible.

4. Refund Method
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used Paygate Secure Payment Gateway for your purchase, your refund will be processed through Paygate Secure Payment Gateway. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
